Two-thirds of even Democrats say Biden is too old for another term: bipartisan poll

Even two-thirds of Democrats say President Biden is too old for a second term as the 80-year-old commander in chief remains tied with Donald Trump in a possible duel, a new bipartisan poll shows.

The poll, which polled 1,500 registered voters, shows that if the election were held tomorrow, the race would be a dead heat for every candidate at 46% per candidate, with 8% undecided – even after Trump’s fourth criminal conviction was charged.

These numbers closely mirror the New York Times’ first poll of the 2024 election in early August.

“Voters are looking for change, and none of the frontrunners are the change they’re looking for,” said Democratic pollster Michael Bocian, who along with Republican pollster Tony Fabrizio conducted the Aug. 24-30 poll, according to Leak.
